Hospital Guide provides information and experiences relating to hospitals and healthcare workplaces. Experiences submitted by users are intended to help other healthcare professionals understand what working or visiting a particular hospital may be like.

Hospital Guide is not a hospital, NHS service, medical service or employment agency.

2. Using Hospital Guide

You may use Hospital Guide to:

• browse hospital information and experiences;
• search and filter experiences;
• submit your own experiences;
• optionally attach photographs and links;
• create an account where account functionality is available; and
• report content that you believe should be reviewed.

You must use the website lawfully and responsibly.

3. User-submitted experiences

Hospital Guide allows users to submit experiences relating to hospitals.

You are responsible for the content you submit.

When submitting an experience, you must ensure that:

• the information is based on your own experience or information that you are legitimately entitled to share;

Do not upload photographs containing patients or other identifiable individuals unless you have the necessary permission and a lawful basis to do so.

Hospital Guide may remove photographs that it considers inappropriate, unsafe, unlawful or unsuitable for publication.

5. Links and URLs

Users may optionally submit a link with an experience.

You must only submit links that you are entitled to share and that are relevant to the experience.

Hospital Guide does not endorse or guarantee the accuracy, safety, availability or content of external websites.

We may remove links that are misleading, malicious, inappropriate, irrelevant or otherwise unsuitable.

6. Moderation and removal

All submitted experiences may be reviewed before publication.

Hospital Guide may, at its discretion:

• approve or reject a submission;
• edit formatting;
• remove content;
• remove photographs or links;
• suspend or restrict an account; or
• remove content that has already been published.

We may take these actions where content appears to breach these Terms, is reported to us, creates a legal or safety concern, or is otherwise unsuitable for the website.

Moderation does not mean that Hospital Guide independently verifies every statement made by a user.

7. Accuracy of experiences

Experiences published on Hospital Guide are submitted by users.

They represent the experiences or views of the individual contributor and not necessarily those of Hospital Guide or Innovations and More Ltd.

Hospital Guide does not guarantee that user-submitted information is complete, accurate, current or representative of a particular hospital.

Users should consider the context and date of an experience and make their own decisions.

8. No medical or professional advice

Hospital Guide is an information-sharing platform.

Information on the website should not be treated as medical, legal, employment, regulatory or professional advice.

Where an important decision is involved, users should obtain appropriate professional or official information.

9. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of content that you submit.

By submitting content to Hospital Guide, you give Innovations and More Ltd a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, display and make the submitted content available through Hospital Guide for the purposes of operating and promoting the service.

This licence continues for as long as the content remains on the service, subject to any rights you may have under applicable law.

You confirm that you have the necessary rights to grant this licence.

10. Respecting confidentiality

Hospital Guide is intended for sharing useful workplace experiences, not confidential information.

Do not upload:

• patient-identifiable information;
• confidential clinical information;
• confidential employer information;
